I recently had a dog door installed in the wall of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Johnny!
From the first call to quote, he was super responsive and knowledgeable, asked all the right questions about my dogs’ sizes, measurements, wall type, and where I wanted it placed for easy backyard access. He recommended a high quality insulated model that seals well against Arizona’s heat and occasional dust storms, which was spot-on for the climate.
The installation went very smooth, he arrived on time, protected the floors inside, and worked efficiently without making a huge mess. Cutting through the stucco and drywall was clean, and it fits perfectly! He sealed the outside with silicone and weatherproofing to prevent any leaks or drafts, and even tested the flaps multiple times to ensure strong closure and easy use for my dogs.
It took about 2-3 hours total, and the finished look is professional and blends right in. My dog took to it almost immediately, and we’ve had zero issues with bugs, air leaks, or security since.
Pricing was fair for the quality and expertise, and he made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving. I highly recommend him, and it was worth every penny for the peace of mind and convenience.
