- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our labor cost is a flat fee based on the scope of work. We do not charge trip fees or mark up materials. All our customers receive receipts for materials purchased that pertain to the job. Labor & Material costs are due when the project is complete and you are more than satisfied with the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you decide to do business with Dayflipper, we like to meet all our customers face to face before we start any project. This ensures both parties are on the same page before the project begins. We will also provide any product or project advise if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of construction experience. My education & training comes from hands on experience in all aspects of construction.
