He called right and accepted the job, but call me a day before the job date and ask to reschedule to another time. I could not the time that he gave me but we agreed to another moved one day before I got the movers coming, it was an stretch for me. The day that he promised to do the job did not show up, I called him and he has his phone blocked. I kept calling and no way to communicate. He put me in a very hard situation because it was going to be impossible to get someone to help me, I had to pay emergency wages to the person that finally help me. A few days latter 4 days after the job was done by someone else, he send me a text message telling me that he had personal problems and that he overbook himself. I understand we al have situations out of our control, but it he could at least let me know right away, blocking the phone it is not professional. Not a good way to do business.

The reason I called and rescheduled with you was because I had already started work with another client,as I got deeper into the job things came up I also was working on the outskirts of town with bad reception I do apologize for not making it out to your job and if there is ever anything I can do to help in the future I would be more than glad to give you a discount.
