The owner of the company came to my condominium on a weekend and provided me with a decent quote. My eyes were bigger than my budget, but the owner was very gracious about my downgrade. He started work the very next day, worked quickly and was easy to work with. Very respectful, truthful and considerate. You will not be disappointed!

Pablo was able to do the job the very next morning. Very punctual, courteous and efficient. Consulted me as to different options I could have on the first item. Perfect work on everything. And, he vacuumed up after the work. Excellent rating!!! I will definitely call on him for all future handyman jobs!

Pablo installed a new door and trim for us, including painting it all. The final result is fantastic and beautiful! I really appreciated Pablo's attention to detail and willingness to spend the time to make sure everything was done to perfection, including correcting some surrounding issues with water runoff. Pablo always kept me informed every step of the way, and got my approval in advance for anything optional. This ensured that the final result was exactly what we wanted. We did have some scheduling challenges, but just a little bit of flexibility and patience were worth it for an outstanding result.

Pablo and I negotiated on my scope of work and decided on a flat rate vs hourly. He was originally going to have a second person but showed up on his own and was very committed to getting the work done right and not rushing. He was pleasant to work with and didn’t cut any corners despite the job being larger and longer than anticipated. Would absolutely use him for work around my house again in the future
