Chuck reached out to me the same day I submitted my request for a pro. We made an appointment for the following Tuesday. He arrived promptly we discussed what needed to be done, and to my surprise offered a solution I never considered. My patio posts are steel, one was rusted rusted near the bottom and had dropped about 2 inches. He suggested cutting off the damaged section back to good steel and welding new stock to replace old rusted out stuff. The price was good to me and since the other three post were in very good condition to leave them alone. He came back on Friday and performed magic, took out the old put in the new and primed it. As a bonus he also replaced a dead GCFI outlet on the patio. The weld job is so good, once painted I will not be able to tell it was ever repaired. Extremely nice and reliable person to work with, Thank you Chuck!

Chuck and his team renovated more than 1,400 square feet of our 20+ year-old home. They worked with sensitivity in this difficult time with safety first. We repainted the majority of the house and took up all remaining tile and carpet flooring replacing it with vinyl and custom baseboards. Because we couldn’t eat out or go to the laundry mat, Chuck made sure our stove and laundry machines were connected as much as possible during the work. We appreciated his patience as I had additional “ideas” for improvements. He was open to changes and was reasonable when charging for the additional scope of work. We ran into a couple of snags with a delay in getting materials and he accommodated the schedule without difficulty. THANK YOU, CHUCK, HOWARD, AND JESSE, FOR MAKING OUR HOME SEEM NEW. WE CAN’T WAIT TO BRING EVERYTHING IN FROM THE GARAGE AND REDECORATE!

Very professional. Chuck fixed another tech's poor workmanship and then did an awesome job screening my porch in and fixing water damage in my casita. Recommended a painter. Texted me and called me daily.

Chuck replaced a porch roof support and finished some painting left unfinished from a different contractor's project. He was extremely communicative and friendly. He helped explain why the old post (dry rotted and rusted on the base support) was in the state it was in and how the replacement (with a different base) would prevent this from happening in the future so not only do I have a better support than I did before but I've also learned something!
