- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to be flexible and fit a variety of goals, schedules, and budgets. I offer private training, semi-private training, online coaching, and hybrid programs that combine in-person and virtual support. Package discounts are available for clients who commit to multiple sessions or coaching programs. There are no hidden fees, and all pricing is discussed upfront during a free consultation. My goal is to create a customized fitness solution that delivers results while fitting your lifestyle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a free consultation, either by phone or Zoom, where I learn about your goals, fitness level, health history, schedule, and any limitations or injuries. From there, I create a customized plan designed specifically for your lifestyle and needs. New clients receive a personalized fitness roadmap that may include strength training, mobility work, nutrition guidance, accountability coaching, and habit-building strategies. Depending on the program selected, sessions can be conducted in-home, in my private studio, online via Zoom, or through my coaching app. I believe fitness should fit your life—not the other way around. My clients receive ongoing support, progress tracking, and regular check-ins to ensure they stay motivated, consistent, and on track toward their goals. My specialty is helping busy adults, especially women over 40, build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits without spending hours in the gym.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellness industry, working as a personal trainer, fitness executive, wellness coach, and business development leader. I am the founder of Ditch Your Gym, a concierge personal training and online coaching company that specializes in helping busy adults achieve results through personalized fitness, accountability, and lifestyle coaching. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, including beginners, active adults, seniors, weight-loss clients, and women over 40 navigating perimenopause and menopause. My experience includes private training, group fitness, online coaching, corporate wellness programs, and fitness operations management. In addition to hands-on coaching, I have held leadership positions in the fitness industry, developing training programs, coaching systems, and wellness initiatives for individuals and organizations. My approach combines exercise, nutrition guidance, habit coaching, and accountability to create sustainable, long-term results.
