Team arrived on time and ready o work. At first I was worried they did not quote enough time since my home was a mess but they finished right on the dot! Very satisfied with our first cleaning and will return soon for another cleaning, thank you.

The maids that did my work were both very nice and sweet. They tried hard to please. I hoped that more would be accomplished, and much remained to be done when they left.

We allow our clients to extend if more time is needed. Please contact our support agents to let them know what areas were missed. If it is part of the quote and the team had sufficient time to clean the areas missed we always send our teams to re-clean complimentary any areas that were missed. Thank you for your feedback!

Prepare the cleaners with the appliances resources to for cleaning renovations, which was my case. There were many area they could not clean up no matter what liquid clean substance they used. I was able to clean it just fine with rough side of a basic sponge and water, externally odd they would not try and or think of that themselves. As far as sweeping/vacuum goes that was well done, yet not the mopping part. Everything else from the microwave to the floors I will have to re-clean myself since. The cleaners did seem so nice and sweet I feel bad writing this review, but this how I feel and I think it is more about preparation for the staff that it was the staff themselves.

When any areas are missed we ask our clients to reach out to us so we can do our satisfaction guarantee and have our team return to re-clean any areas that were included in the quote but not completed. Our re-clean of areas missed are completely complimentary and the team will cover areas that were suppose to be done if you notify us. I do see that you mentioned you completed it yourself. If your ever in need of a future cleaning, I have added a complimentary hour note to your profile if your interested in redeeming since we were unable to complimentary re-clean the areas missed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on duration. The time needed to complete the cleaning with a team of 2 maids or a single maid. We offer many discounts you may apply to your cleaning appointments. We Do Not offer Flat Rate Pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All New Clients are Welcomed. We offer one-time services so we assist many new clients daily. The new client may call, email or text to receive a quote and if they want to schedule they may do so with one of our agents. Call for best assistance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are professionals at what we do. We have many trained and experienced cleaning professionals we send out to our clients homes. All of our maids have over at least 1 year or more experience in house cleaning services.
