AJ was very responsive during the quoting process and made me feel at ease about using his service. I received quotes from several businesses but ending up choosing Deep Clean Enterprises even though the price was a bit higher.
The team of cleaning ladies showed up on time and got straight to work, even though I hadn't cleared everything out as I'd promised. Moving never goes as smoothly as you envision.
I lived in that condo for 16 years, so as you might imagine, there were places that hadn't seen a scrub brush or dust cloth for quite some time. But by the time the ladies were finished, the place looked great. On the walk through a few days later, the property manager said it looked like I had barely lived there.
Teresita and her crew were absolutely amazing. I recommend them and this service without reservation and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I’m a new customer of Deep Clean Phoenix as of January 2026 (found them here on thumbtack). They cleaned the entire interior of my 1,500 sq ft home after several weeks of construction that left fine dust everywhere.
I was at work while the team was there, and I was honestly really impressed when I got home. Before leaving, I had made a mental note of a few inconspicuous dusty spots like the doggy door, window sills behind the shutters, and ceiling fan pull chains. When I came back, all of those areas (along with the rest of the house) were very clean and dust-free.
Also, AJ the owner followed up quickly to make sure I was satisfied, and my partner who was home at the time mentioned the women who did the cleaning were friendly and thorough. After this first experience, I feel confident recommending them to others!

We hired Deep Clean Phoenix for a move-in deep cleaning and had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. They were short-staffed the day of our service, and the owner AJ personally stepped in to help make sure the job was completed on time, which really says a lot about their commitment to customers.
Itza was fantastic—very thorough and also took the time to share helpful tips for maintaining the home going forward. The house looks amazing and smells incredibly fresh. They did a detailed walkthrough at the end and immediately addressed anything that needed a touch-up without hesitation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every house/location is unique. Things that will affect your cleaning estimate include the square footage of your place, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, number of rooms, etc.
Will All Commercial Cleaning & House Cleaning Visits Cost the Same Amount?
The first cleaning visit usually costs more than subsequent visits since it could also take longer. Once this initial visit has occurred, your location's cleanliness can be easily maintained with our regular visit cleaning tasks!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we require square feet of home, and details on what needs to be cleaned. We don't do contracts so one time cleans are welcomed.
Upon arriving at the client's home, our team understands what is most important to them during that visit. Always paying attention to detail in every corner of the house. This process is for all visits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff members from the back house customer service to the team in the field are all HCT (House Cleaning Technician) certified.
The HCT certification covers interior cleaning of residences, including sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces, non-disaster restoration, and routine maintenance. Upon achieving the certification, you demonstrate that you can clean a home effectively and safely.
