For the love of anything good in this world- do not hire from this company. They reached out quickly which ultimately why I went with them. They asked me about the scope of the work. I said it a newly remodeled condo that is 750sq ft there’s no furniture and everything was brand new including toilet and bathtub. She practically had to only wipe down the walls, counters and floors, two ceiling fans and any post-construction dust. The place I told her this is my first time I’ve hired a cleaner and she took that and ran with it. She quoted me $170 for 2 hours one person. That’s $85/hour. Like damn I didn’t know I was hiring a neurosurgeon to come clean my small condo. The cleaner 15mins late and repeated said “oh I can clean this that and the other but it would take more time. I don’t know what the hell she was doing for 2 hours because when she left there was still a layer of dust on all surfaces, residue in the floor, fingerprints on a brand new fridge, bathtub dirty. The strongest cleaning agents she was using were her thoughts and prayers. Two blind raccoons in a trench coat would’ve done a way better job. Thank you but no thank Maria.

First, we did work within your stated budget of $95 for 2 hours, not the $170 you mentioned. Our standard post-construction cleaning rates are typically higher due to the level of dust and detail involved, but we honored your budget and sent one of our experienced cleaners for the time requested. You were also informed ahead of time that 2 hours would not be enough to fully deep clean a space post-renovation, especially given the heavy dust and residue that comes with construction. We even called you during the service to ask if you’d like to approve additional time to ensure a more thorough job, but you chose to stick to the original 2-hour limit and instructed us to “do what she can” within that time. Our cleaner did her best to prioritize the main areas within the limited window. We're always happy to accommodate our clients’ needs, but results are based on the time and scope agreed upon. We understand cleaning expectations can vary, especially for first-time clients, and we encourage open communication so we can best serve your needs. We wish you all the best moving forward.
