I was not satisfied with the quality of my first clean. Greater Phoenix Clean sent back two new cleaners to re-clean my house two days later which they did an amazing job.

I genuinely don't even know where to begin...this was, without exaggeration, the most exceptional cleaning experience I have ever had. I was originally quoted a 2-4 hour cleaning. These two women (Val & Brianna) arrived right on time and then proceeded to work nearly an entire day; not because they had to, but because they refused to leave anything less than absolutely perfect. That alone tells you everything you need to know about their work ethic and integrity. The level of detail, care, and pride they put into my home was honestly unbelievable. Every surface, every corner, every small detail was handled with intention. They didn't just "clean", they transformed my home. It feels lighter, fresher, and genuinely taken care of in a way I have never experienced before. What stood out even more was their attitude the entire time. They were kind, respectful, and worked so hard without ever cutting corners or slowing down. You can tell immediately when people truly care about what they do, and these two absolutely do. It is incredibly rare to find this level of dedication and quality anymore. I would trust them in my home again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know. And to the company: if you're reading this, you have something very special in these employees. They represent your business at the highest possible level and deserve to be recognized for it. Hands down, the best of the best.

I chose this company to clean my house about a month ago. It was considered a deep clean (move out/ move in) and initially I thought it was a good value. But there are a few things that have bothered me over these past few weeks. 1- the walls weren't wiped down (one thing that was explicitly mentioned as part of the cleaning). 2- some things weren't straightened up as I have had in the past, from other cleaning companies. For example, my bedside tables, and the middle of my kitchen. (I have a lot of random stuff on my counters). I think one major factor of why it wasn't done quite as well as I would have hoped was because the poor girl was on her own for the majority of the job. I understand that things happen and we have to adjust accordingly. Overall, I just feel that it wasn't worth over $500 for the service.

If the wall wipe-down or straightening details had been brought to our attention within a few days, we absolutely would have sent someone back out to address it at no charge. We always stand behind our work and welcome open communication. This was one of the more intensive deep cleans our team has handled, and the full scope of the service was completed. Because the cleaning was done a month ago and no issues were reported during our follow-up, we’re unable to adjust or renegotiate the price at this time. We truly appreciate the opportunity to have cleaned your home and thank you again for the feedback.

This is by far the best cleaning service Ive used hands down!! Bre was absolutely amazing and even came in Easter Sunday and detailed clean!! So happy with our service!
