- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer discounts to recurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I contact the client to find out their exact needs. When I arrive, we go over exactly what changes that they would like to see in their home. I inform them on what's included and make a suggestion on what I would like to do. They either agree or disagree and we go from there. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on. At the end of the cleaning I do a walk through to make sure they are happy with the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
