I had a move-out cleaning done by Premier Choice Cleaners a couple of days back and the crew did an excellent job. Even though they were more expensive than some of the other services, they provided a checklist of what they will do ahead of time and completed the job in a timely manner. Very reliable and very professional all the way from the ownership/management down to the crew that came and did the work. Thanks Premier Choice Cleaners!

Used Premier Choice Cleaners of Arizona to clean a vacant new build prior to the client moving in. They did such an amazing job. The house that was previously dusty and dirty from construction and the foot traffic from the un-landscaped back yard was a lot, and this company did so good! The home sparkles, smelled good and even had the fancy lines in the carpet from the vacuum. I will continue to use them for every client, and now want them to do my home! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer discounts to recurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I contact the client to find out their exact needs. When I arrive, we go over exactly what changes that they would like to see in their home. I inform them on what's included and make a suggestion on what I would like to do. They either agree or disagree and we go from there. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on. At the end of the cleaning I do a walk through to make sure they are happy with the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our maids are truly the best at what they do. The passion our cleaners have for making you happy is second to none.
