- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone contacts us, we start by understanding exactly what they need. We discuss the type of cleaning, schedule a convenient time, and give a clear estimate. On the day of the job, we arrive on time with all the supplies needed. We work thoroughly and efficiently and check in afterward to make sure everything meets our high standards.
