Gina Sanchez says, "I own a 21,000SF warehouse building in south Phoenix that I recently put on the market for sale.Since my tenant was vacating July 31, and the building would be vacant, I decided to hire a private security firm, and went with ACE SECURITY MANAGEMENT.Chase and I reviewed options, and decided on 1-each 8-hour uniformed guard 4 times each week, and random checks on the other days.I met with Kurt prior to them starting and we looked everything together including potential areas where trespassers could access the property.Unfortunately I had an underground outdoor pipe burst in the middle of the night. I was notified by text with a video, as well as them trying to contact me numerous times via phone, my ringer was off! Butthanks to the messages I was able to get the city to shut off the water as soon as I saw the messages.Chase and Kurt are both courteous, professional, offered options to keep me within my budget and identified risk areas.If you are looking into security services, I would highly recommend Chase and the ACE SECURITY MANAGEMENT team!GinaS"See more
