- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For many of our electrical services you are able to see our prices on our website as well as book directly from our website! For services that require measurements or an in person look, we will send one of our electricians to take an in person look at no cost to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our electrical services, you can call, text, submit an inquiry on our website or email to tell us more about your project. We will either email you a quote, or if it is required to have eyes on the job we will send an electrician out to provide you with a quote. For our home remodeling services, it is best to fill out an inquiry on our website so we can first determine if the project is in the scope of work that we do. Within 24 business hours, you will be assigned to a Project Coordinator, be given our design process guide that provides you with more information, and schedule a phone consultation with your Project Coordinator to ask you more questions about your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in Residential Electrical as well as General Contracting. Elizabeth and Susan co-own SHEWORKS and both bring a unique skillset. Elizabeth is an electrician by trade then started expanding in to home remodeling in the last several years. Susan has a strong background in business operations, human resources, remodeling houses from a design and project management stand point, and experience with cabinets and doing cabinet layouts.
