Absolutely the best! Lorenzo was available when I needed and was flexible because I needed to wait on confirmation from my landlord at the last minute. They went above and beyond, not only bringing my really heavy new bed into the room but also setting it up. They let me know when they were on their way, were punctual, friendly and even cleaned up the packing material too. Will certainly call them again when needed.
