Excellent job. 2 man crew came and installed 3 ceiling fans and dimmer switches in a few places in our home. They were professional, friendly and resourceful when there were missing pieces in the box for one of the fans. They were quick, but provided high quality installation and service. Everything completed and cleaned up in under 2 1/2 hrs. I will use them again. Thank you, Handyman Protocol team!

I hired Handyman Protocol to install an interior door. The final product looks fine, with the exception of I need to do paint touch ups because two large areas of indentation on the door were not painted. I did not notice this at the time the painting was completed. The company was willing to return to do the paint touch ups, but I elected to do them myself as scheduling with this company is hit or miss. When the door was initially to be installed, the company scheduled with me and did not show that day. I contacted them, and it appeared there was a missed communication between the organizing representative and worker. Another day, paint touch ups were to be completed, but I was contacted on the day of to try to reschedule to a later than the previously planned time, but I was unable to as I had plans. My other concern is that the proposal did not match how the work was completed. The proposal said the door would be painted with two coats before being installed. But what happened was the door was installed, then a separate day was needed for the door to be painted. The final product looks fine (with the exception of the paint touch ups I need to do), but I would have preferred the proposal to be followed as it was written. I do appreciate that the company tried to match my current doors exactly, but found them to be no longer available, and offered me similar options. And I appreciate them being willing to return to do the paint touch ups. They were fine to work with overall.
