Ms. Ann Barnard is a great fitness trainer. Having health issues and fears for the future exercise didn't seem possible, but through her training and consistent encouragement I'm on my way to fulfilling my fitness goals. She's more than experienced enough to adapt exercises that enable me to get the exercise benefits without compounding my painful physical problems. I highly recommend her!

Ann is a great trainer!! Not only a trainer but also a wonderful caring person. She will, no doubt about it, help you reach your goals! Her sessions are exciting since she implements different routines to keep the workout interesting and challenging. I trained with Ann for only six weeks and it was absolutely great!! Every workout provided new challenges and I loved how I felt at the end of every session. I highly recommend Ann as she is a true professional!

Ann is very professional and knows exactly what to do as a trainer. She has a knack for looking at each person's body and individualizing optimal fitness goals. I've had great results in increased energy, stamina and steady reduction of inches. I felt and saw a difference even after the very first work out with her. Ann's up-beat and encouraging demeanor helped to push me through each work out. She is skilled at what she does. Awesome trainer!

I have been working out for years and have been to 4 other personal trainers. In the short time I have spent with Ann she has done more than the other 4 trainers combined. Her ability to diagnose what you need and give advice that can be used across all areas of fitness is incredible!!!!!!!!!! She has transformed my life and I am in the best shape I have been in in my life. Whatever your age or fitness level you have got to see this woman. After you do you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

I was referred to Ann by my physician, after having cared for a loved one with cancer and not cared for myself. She created a three-day-a-week routeen especially for me, which I still do every week, even after two years. She varies each session with weight lifting, stretching and cardio, making it interesting and attractive for me. I never know what to expect on any given day. Together we have done wonders for my flexibility and endurance.

I started with Ann in 2006 and haven't stopped. She has been a great motivator and has helped me reach my fitness goals. One of the great things about Ann is that she listens to you about where your body is at and adapts your workouts accordingly. I have lost 20 pounds total and my body fat has dropped by 50 percent.
I whole-heartedly recommend Ann. She's fun and you will get great results!

I starting working with Ann in September when I started my weight loss journey. She and I met and we discussed my goals and expectations along with what physical limitations I had. She has taken all that information we went over and since September I have lost 79lbs and over 10" on my waist. She keeps the exercise routines varied and I never get bored or feel like I didn't work hard after our sessions. She has a lot of knowledge about the body and is very good at letting you know what specific muscle each exercise should be working during each exercise so you get the best results.
Ann also has a great personality and is an excellent motivator and I would recommend her to anyone!!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My certification through ACE American Council on Exercise requires renewal every 2 years. In order to renew I must have continuing education credits which is great because it gives me many opportunities to learn new things to make our training together fun and constantly changing...which eliminates boredom!
