We recently had the absolute pleasure of experiencing a private dinner prepared by the incredibly talented duo, Chef Perry and Pierre. From the moment they entered the kitchen, it was evident that we were in for a culinary masterpiece. I must say, I was absolutely blown away by their expertise and attention to detail throughout the entire evening. To start off the evening, they presented us with a mesmerizing smoked salmon tartar that was an absolute delight for the senses. The delicate balance of flavors and textures was simply extraordinary. Every bite was a heavenly journey, and I couldn't help but marvel at the finesse with which they had executed such a dish. Next up was the green goddess garden salad, and I have to say, it was a true work of art. The vibrant colors of the fresh vegetables and the exquisite dressing combined perfectly to create a salad that was not only visually stunning but also bursting with flavor. Each bite was a refreshing explosion of crispness and tanginess, leaving us craving more. And then came the main course—the bone-in ribeye steak, sautéed broccoli, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese. Let me tell you, it was a carnivore's dream come true. The ribeye steak was cooked to absolute perfection—juicy, tender, and full of mouthwatering flavors. The sautéed broccoli provided a delightful contrast with its vibrant green hue and the perfect amount of crunch. The mashed potatoes were velvety smooth, and the Mac and cheese was the epitome of comfort food, with its creamy, cheesy goodness. To finish off this incredible dining experience, Chef Perry and Pierre surprised us with a creme brulee that was nothing short of divine. Chef Perry and Pierre were great to work with. We had two different private groups that we worked with them for. One was a five course private in-home dinner and the other was an in-home privatecooking class. They were great to work with and I hear that the food was phenomenal.

From the minute I requested Chef Pierre’s services he was incredibly responsive. He created the perfect menu to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday.
