- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are charged by the hour with a 3 hour minimum. For larger projects we can create a custom package to include discounts for more time spent!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can set up a free consultation call to go over your needs, style, and timeframe. From there we will provide a rough estimate. If you choose to go with us a 50% deposit of the estimate is required to set your date and time in place. Together we will declutter your space and identify if there is any product needed to purchase. After that, I will organize your space, and you can sit back and relax! Ill let you know when I am done and you can come approve everything or ask for any changes that may need to be made. Then ENJOY!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of personal organizing experience for friends and family. I also have a business degree from the University of Minnesota. As a former employee of the Container Store I consider myself an expert on their products and organizing in general! As we also do moving services I have 10 years of moving experience. I have personally moved a minimum of once per year in the last 10 years and have streamlined the process greatly. I also have helped others in their moves.
