    I have just started working with Elvira and the results are already the best I've ever seen. She is a diet expert and is constantly checking up on me either during our sessions or via email. She gives great recommendations to avoid food boredom but stay on the right path. Her workouts are demanding but doable and she encourages you to keep going. She is also caring and has a good sense of humor. She is by far the best, most knowledgeable trainer I've ever worked with.

    I've been training with Elvira for several months. During our first meet, Elle took the measurements and asked all the meaningful questions to fully understand my fitness goals and discussed how she could help me. In our first contracts, i did cardio and strength training with her and i started to see the result of 'lean muscles' and that changed my view towards weight training. We had a lot of fun training together and learnt A LOT from her. I knew from the beginning She's not only a trainer but also a Nutritionist! But i was hesitant about following a meal plan during our first contract since i never feel like i'm over eating (which i was totally wrong!) As our first contracts towards the end, i'm completely happy with the results and decided to continue training with her, also i would like to try a meal plan for the first time in my life! To clear my concern, Elle let me talk to one of her clients directly after their session (thoughtful!) and i'm totally on board after that.. I was always joking with Elle and told everybody that's when THE MAGIC HAPPENS..Honestly I was never really a chubby girl and always in the healthy body shape category so i don't have unrealistic goals for losing tons of weight. But since i started the MEAL PLAN and really pay attention to what i put in my mouth. I started seeing changes faster than EVER. Not just me, my friends, colleagues and family (always skyping) started noticing the difference. My t shirts and pants are getting loose and trouble area not so trouble any more. I dropped 1.5-2 sizes on my jeans and getting people complimenting my collar bones and shoulders (which never happened before!). Here's to all the people don't believe in changing their eating habits like i used to: TRY THE MEAL PLAN. IT WORKS! The most important lesson i learnt is you can't out exercising a bad eating habits and you may not even realize you are eating badly until you started a right one and see the results yourself! Don't take my word just try it yourself. Elle's meal plan is not a crazy starving diet but a flexible tool. I eat differently on days i train with her, i can have occasional snacks and change up the meal a bit if i don't have something in my fridge. It's not that hard to follow and i'm not feeling hungry or bloated(important to me!). On my weight training, I was a total rookie beginner who cant even lift more than 10 pounds dumbbell till today i did weighted squats on Smith Machine up to 135 lbs! Right now I'm at the best shape in my life and all credits goes to Elvira!

    I started using Elvira (Ellie) for weight loss with her nutritional training about 3 weeks ago. I was pleased to find out after only 2 weeks that my measurements all went down in inches (3 inches off my bottom area alone!) The food program was easy to follow and offered a variety of options so I could customize it to the foods that work best for me. This was extremely important to me because my fear of getting a nutritionist was that someone would tell me to eat egg whites and whey protein all day, when I prefer not to eat much dairy and I need variety. Ellie had many great suggestions to keep it interestng to "prevent sabotage" as she called it. I was also pleased to find out that her nutritional program would still preserve the size of my lean mass (muscles, if you could say I have any...) She is very knowledgable about which food types to eat at what time of the day and in relationship to the types of work outs being done that week to ensure fat burn. She was happy to explain why the proteins and carbs and fats were put in a specific order of appearance in my plan, this helped me to UNDERSTAND the plan. This in turn kept me on track because I wasnt just blindly following restrictions, I was fueling my body. I appreciate the personal messages and e-mails I receive during my program. She genuinely wants you to succeed and is there to help. She also realizes that life happens and you can't always avoid food at family gatherings or other events. I was told to enjoy Easter with my family and that we'd talk about maintenance after. Of course I didn't want to ruin all of my hard work from the week before, but I also don't want to have a bad relationship with food. I am glad that I now know how to work things like my mom's au'gratin potatoes and ham ijnto my diet and not gain weight or worse, hate myself for it later. I'm looking forward to her suggestions during my next few weeks of training for my triathlon!

    It's now been 8 months working with Elvira and the results are amazing each and every day I look in the mirror. I still don't recognize my own body when I look in the mirror every day. I have developed muscle definition that I never had before. When I started with Elvira my body fat was approx 26% and today it's nearing 11%. Today I am the same weight as when I started with Elvira however I have replaced all the fat with lean well defined muscle. Elvira has a closet full of lean muscle exercises that are unique to her. These are exercises that Elvira has developed over the decades and target specific areas that need work. Elvira keeps focus on each and every exercise we do. She makes sure we are targeting the specific muscle for that specific exercise. The meal plans that Elvira develops are a major component to my body transformation. I have been a type 1 diabetic for 23 years and my blood work over the last 8 months has been amazing. Recently, I found a new primary care physician at the Mayo clinic and to paraphrase her she said my blood work is incredible for a diabetic of 23 years. This is evidence that the meal plans Elvira develops are working both externally (new lean muscle) and internally (blood work). I am really excited to see myself in a couple months from now. The new muscle gains that are forthcoming over the next couple months will be amazing and exciting. I relate Elvira's work to the work Hollywood does to transform actors/actresses bodies in preparation for movie roles. In a couple months I will give another update on progress.

    I loved working out with Elvira. She customized the work out for my specific goals. She provided meal plans that were specific to my body. What you eat is just as important as the workout. She is very helpful and willing to make adjustments when needed. She changes up the routine frequently so you never get bored and are always challenged. I am very happy with my results!     I went to Elvira with simple goals knowing I needed to make a change. My courtesy assessment opened my eyes to how out of shape I truly was. In 3 weeks I lost 21 pounds 5 inches off my stomach and I'm no longer in the obese weight category. My original goal will be met of 278 to 245 looks to be done in 2 more weeks or less. So now I have new goals I haven't achieved since college. Elvira is very result motivated and even though I started out with low energy and weaker than I'd like to admit she has so much knowledge on how to make me successful. She is also a joy to work out with and learn from.

    I came to Elvira to lose weight and put on muscle. Before working out with her, I was completely clueless when it came to fitness and neutrition. Elvira gave me the tools to eat right and gain muscle!! What impresses me the most about Elvira is her attention to detail and how much she she knows about fitness. She knows exactly what you need to do to acheive your goals. Additionally, in the time I have worked out with her, she has never once checked her cell phone nor will she talk to others of her clients! It's all about you when you're working out with her.     As a 31 year-old woman, I was finally starting to see the effects of a slowing metabolism and a new marriage.     Great wonderful terrific job Elvira!! My nickname for her is the Evil Russian Woman (just kidding). Her favorite phrases are Fix It (suck in your gut) & No Rest (keep going, don't stop)! I am extremely pleased with my results & highly recommend Elvira to anyone interested in a life change, not just weight loss. She has helped me with my horrible eating habits & made me understand how & why to eat the way I do today. Her exercises are killers but they work! Even my hair sweats! I would highly recommend Elvira she produces results!

    I am a 65+ y.o male who was finally convinced by my doctor that committing to an excercise program and a diet was necessary for me to enjoy my life more and longer. Needless to say, having NEVER participated in any organized exercise made this a very difficult step for me to take. Three weeks ago, I found Elvira-was convinced she could help me- and so I started with her. In only the past three weeks, I have already lost almost 20 ibs. and dropped over 4 inches from my BELLY! I never ever thought I would say this but I have even gotten to where I actually look forward to my sessions with her. She makes the sessions interesting by changing my program regularly, she is showing me how I can meet my training objectives without relying on using heavy weights etc. and her sense for knowing how to get the most out of each 1 hour session for me is amazing. She has even created a nutritional plan that I don't mind following!! I still have a lot to accomplish with my health goals so I definetly plan on continuing my work with Elvira. I would strongly recommend her for anyone who dreams about improving their health and fitness condition but is afraid of the thought of committing to regular excercise. I am living-walking proof that it is never too late to start and is not as difficult to succeed as you might imagine*** IF YOU FIND THE RIGHT TRAINER. Thankfully, I found Elvira!!     In recent years, my physical condition has become increasingly unfit and, with my sedentary job and lifestyle, it appeared that it would continue to deteriorate. I decided last month that I did not want my physical condition to dictate the way I conducted my life in the future. Consequently, I started looking for a personal trainer to help me improve my physical state. I am absolutely delighted that I found Elvira Geiger. She carefully crafted an exercise and nutrition program tailored to help me improve while mindful of the hazards of my osteoporosis. Elvira, a very pleasant person, works hard with me. She is very involved in my program--demonstrating, counting, correcting and motivating throughout. But she doesn't stop there as she shows genuine commitment to my success. She demonstrates this by often emailing me after 10:00 at night with additional tips, as needed. To find out where the new client is: fitness & activity level, if any issue/condition and the preferences ( activity, exercise & cardio routine& food ) and then to design the program depends on each needs, goals and preferences. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've never stopped!!! :-) It's just all about my life and came from my past: my hobby and long terms commitments, and now it's my big passion and everything. I love it and really enjoy what I do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I'm working with people that have some limitations and medical issues: back, neck, hips, knees and shoulders, also 1, 2 type diabetic, obesity and stroke. The programs are from rehabilitations to body fat reduction and bodybuilding. Everybody has his own goal that is my priority!

I got an update on my CLIENT'S success (Age Over 65+ program). He says: " Elvira, I must admit I am totally amazed and just I wanted to give you an update on my success since I began working with you as my personal trainer.Well, we have now gone through a little less than four months and I must admit I am now a believer in what you told me.
