- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a sliding scale. So, the more you train, the less the price. Private: 1 day/month is $90, 1 day/week is $75, 2 days/week is $70, 3 days/week is $65 and 4-5 days /week is $55. Semi-private / couple: Half the rate above and add that number to the rate. For example, $60 + $30 = $90 Group of : 2 is $45 per person 3 is $35 per person 4 is $30 per person 5-6 is $25 per person Travel: Charge of $30 added to hourly rate. So, $60 in studio becomes $90 to travel to your home.

A combination or mix of Consultation, Fitness evaluation, health questionnaire, and a great workout:)
