- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward — no hidden fees or long-term contracts. You only pay for the sessions or packages you choose, and everything is customized to your goals. For Individualized 1 on 1 training with me it is $100 and for semi private training (2-6 clients) it is $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and personalized. I start with a complimentary consultation where we talk about your goals, training history, and any limitations. From there, I run you through an intro workout to see how you move. Based on what I learn, I build a customized training and nutrition plan designed specifically for your needs. We then set a schedule that fits your lifestyle and start tracking your progress week by week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent years studying strength and conditioning, athletic performance, and fat-loss programming, and I’ve continued to expand my education through hands-on coaching with athletes and general-population clients. I have a masters degree in exercise science, i'm certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and have extensive experience designing individualized training and nutrition programs that create real, measurable results. Beyond formal education, I’ve trained hundreds of clients and athletes in the gym, on the field, and in team settings—giving me a deep understanding of how to get people stronger, leaner, and more confident at any fitness level.
