I specialize in helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable health through real-life coaching that actually fits your life. Many of the women I work with are busy professionals or moms who feel overwhelmed trying to figure out workouts and nutrition on their own.
My approach focuses on structured strength training, progressive overload, and supportive coaching so you’re not just exercising — you’re actually progressing.
I Offer: 1:1 Personal Training, Semi-Private (2:1) Training, Beginner Strength Training, Postpartum-Informed Coaching, and Nutrition Guidance & Habit Coaching
Sessions are held in my private home gym, local gym locations, or in-home training, depending on what works best for you.

This is my first time working with a trainer and I absolutely love my time strength training with Christine! She always strives to change up our total body routines, so it never feels boring!
