Jason Smith Fitness is your secret weapon. These guys know nutrition, physiology, motivational science and exercise planning. Your half hour sessions are totally optimized and you leave feeling like a machine. You are never bored. Yes, the initial payment can be intimidating but you get so much bang for your buck that you will not for a minute regret investing in yourself. So much more valuable than any material objects you can buy. These guys made me remember that i can be strong, lean and proud of myself after the age of 40. Do it!
