FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive for the industry, I offer one-on-one personal training sessions at 45 minutes per session compared to 30 minutes which is considered to be an industry standard. 45 minutes allows for an adequate warm-up and cool-down before and after an intense training session to optimize your performance and recovery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are welcomed with open arms, I greet each client with the respect they deserve and the attention to detail they desire. An initial assessment is performed to gather starting measurements, strengths, and weaknesses. These numbers are then incorporated into a program best fit for the clientele.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
in 2019, I became certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) a nationally accredited organization for personal trainers and nutritionists. After, I began working for numerous gyms in the city of Tucson. My best opportunity was with the University of Arizona Football team in which I interned under the direction of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Brian Johnson.
