I combine traditional weight training (dumbbells and machines) with functional fitness (stability balls, kettle bells, balance training, etc) to create a challenging, ever-changing workout to fire up the metabolism, burn calories, build muscle, and reduce body fat. In the end, if you follow the program, you get results.
