Tyson has been training me almost three times a week for a month now. He responded to my request for group personal training in an outdoor setting. Although he did not have an outdoor fitness going at the time, he exceeded my request by starting up a group workout in a park close by in North Phoenix/Deer Valley area. I've been receiving quality training from him at a cost that was affordable to me. I've since invited my friends and he has had other clients join. The group is growing and it makes the workout more fun and challenging! I enjoy our workouts so much more than training in a gym by myself. I hope others find this review helpful and join in on our growing boot camp!

I began working with Tyson in December 2013. He was very good in measuring what I needed to start out doing and made modifications when necessary. I have an extensive spinal fusion and he has been very professional in choosing exercises that I can do without injuring my back. It is amazing how much stronger I have become since I started training with Tyson He has a very positive and humorous attitude and keeps you motivated throughout your workout. He also is very attentive to make sure you are doing all the exercises with correct form. I have taken up hiking again and if it hadn't been for Tyson, helping me condition my very atrophied muscles, I would have never made it up the steep incline hiking trails. I have lost 20 lbs so far and have noticed my body changing for the good! He also stresses to make healthy eating choices which I finally have embraced! I would recommend Tyson to anyone looking to improve their lifestyle and well being. My goal is to get in the habit of exercising regularly, eating right and feeling good about myself as the result! Thanks to Tyson my goals are becoming a reality and I am positive I would not have been able to do it without him!
