- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Day visits start at $20.00 for one visit. More booked day visits lessen the cost. Overnight visits are $45.00 for 12 hours. Talk to me about creating a visit plan and rate for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a meet up. I see the pets I will care for and you will be able to interview me in person. You will need to sign a contract of service with me. Also a pet info sheet. A deposit will be required to hold the dates you request. It is very simple and all sevice agreed upon is up front and in writting. If you need me to return for any reason, I will. You need to be comfortable in your selection of me and my service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I raise and train puppies for a Service Dog Organization. Through them I learn of new issues and updates about puppies, dogs, and medical issues. I also have a Vet friend always avalible to me if needed.
