Lorenzo took photos of my engagement party and they turned out beautifully. He even stole my fiance and I away from the crowd to do a "mini" engagement session and those photos turned out adorably as well. Great communication, reasonable rates, and excellent photography talent! I'm planning to hire him again!Jun 17, 2015Verified

I worked with Lorenzo on May 29, 2015, the day of my wedding. He was exceptional! He was very easy to communicate and work with. Leading up to the day of the wedding, he made sure he understood the services/assignment that I needed from him so that he could be prepared. He was quick to reply to emails and text messages which means a lot especially to a bride --- since we think our day is the most important thing ever = ) --- it shows how professional he is. On the day of the wedding, all of our guests were able to interact with him well, he has a very nice personality. He is easy to talk to and he made our guests feel comfortable when taking pictures. He even brought with him extra lighting equipment with him that made the quality of the pictures even better!! That is going up and beyond what we expected. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer with an amazing personality and high professionalism.Jun 15, 2015Verified
This was my first photo shoot with Lorenzo and it won't be my last. I needed a new set of photos for web, social media and magazine print. The photos would serve image building for a major program as well as building an image for a 50+ yoga dude. The shoot itself went without a hitch. Lorenzo was well prepared and had us on a time schedule in order to accomplish everything we set out to accomplish in a shoot that was scheduled for 3.5 hours. The experience was very positive and more important, the results and quality of the photos were right on! I have referred many colleagues to Lorenzo and look forward to our next shoot.Aug 2, 2014
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Constant devouring of education via internet, books, magazines, and experimentation.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take? One of my most exciting recent projects uses the #nakedyoga hashtag. This shoot was for a model/yoga practitioner. We created a studio-like environment in her home, keeping with a surreal black and white look, celebrating the beautiful anatomy at play in the poses. The final aspect of this image which is fun, is that it is shown upside down. That is where I put on my artist hat. It may seem silly, but I LOVED it upside down. It looks more surreal that way. So you see, reality is not my main concern; creating the best images I can create is my main concern.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I want you to have ideas in mind for what you want! Please show me other work that I should be inspired by if you want to do that. Just know that I apply my own artistic perspective to each situation. SO: if you expect me to create an exact copy of something, it may or may not work. You will be a happier customer is you give me the necessary visual stimulus, then understand that I will create my own interpretation of that. You see?
