- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike many other agencies, Venator does not charge for report writing time, nor the first hour of travel time or the first 50 miles (for at least 8 hours surveillance) per day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll meet in person (if convenient for you) or speak on the phone, go over the details and objectives of the case, and explain the process of conducting an investigation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nine years of experience in various aspects of investigations and security consulting.
