Introduction: My goal is to make a difference in my clients' lives! Helping them become healthier, more fit and happier because of their/our work! My work includes functional resistance programs, cardio training, balance exercises, core stability and nutritional counseling, keeping our workouts very well rounded. I offer Manual Stretch Therapy which increases flexibility and relieves muscular and joint tightness. It is a specific technique not offered by many trainers. I enjoy working with all ages of people, men and women. I offer 30/45/60 minute sessions depending on the level of fitness and budget. The private facility where I train is very convenient located 10 minutes North of the airport.

I starting working with Ann in September when I started my weight loss journey. She and I met and we discussed my goals and expectations along with what physical limitations I had. She has taken all that information we went over and since September I have lost 79lbs and over 10" on my waist. She keeps the exercise routines varied and I never get bored or feel like I didn't work hard after our sessions. She has a lot of knowledge about the body and is very good at letting you know what specific muscle each exercise should be working during each exercise so you get the best results. Ann also has a great personality and is an excellent motivator and I would recommend her to anyone!!!

I started with Ann in 2006 and haven't stopped. She has been a great motivator and has helped me reach my fitness goals. One of the great things about Ann is that she listens to you about where your body is at and adapts your workouts accordingly. I have lost 20 pounds total and my body fat has dropped by 50 percent. I whole-heartedly recommend Ann. She's fun and you will get great results!

I was referred to Ann by my physician, after having cared for a loved one with cancer and not cared for myself. She created a three-day-a-week routeen especially for me, which I still do every week, even after two years. She varies each session with weight lifting, stretching and cardio, making it interesting and attractive for me. I never know what to expect on any given day. Together we have done wonders for my flexibility and endurance.

I have been working out for years and have been to 4 other personal trainers. In the short time I have spent with Ann she has done more than the other 4 trainers combined. Her ability to diagnose what you need and give advice that can be used across all areas of fitness is incredible!!!!!!!!!!   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing varies based on length of session, 30/45/60 minutes, and number of sessions purchased. Prices vary from $40 to $75. I also do partner training. I train at a private training studio so there are no fees.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer an initial complimentary consultation and assessment to determine the course of action based on clients goals, physical condition/restrictions and age. These things help determine the best length of session and frequency thus being able to quote an accurate price. Most importantly it gives my potential client and myself the chance to get to know one another and feel comfortable!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My certification through ACE American Council on Exercise requires renewal every 2 years. In order to renew I must have continuing education credits which is great because it gives me many opportunities to learn new things to make our training together fun and constantly changing...which eliminates boredom! Also I am certified through Flexibility First Academy in Manual Stretch Therapy which increases flexibility thereby eliminating muscle tightness and soreness.
