My son Daryen has been taking Karate Classes with Mr. Joe Bolding since 2015 and he loves his classes, he has teach him how to defend him self with diferents techniques, be a leader, be respectful and always be honest and follow his parents orders. I am so happy that my son is part of his group.

I joined Xavier’s Saturday Morning Get Your Body Moving Boot Camp in October 2014, thanks to an invite from a friend. I was looking for something that would actually motivate & push me harder then I push myself. It was such a great deal, I couldn’t pass it up and I am so glad I joined. Xavier not only pushes you physically, he offers motivational support. When my son was struggling with school, Xavier was able to help him work through his stress by encouraging him physically and emotionally. He pushed my son to his potential but also sat down with him to get to know him as an individual. This is an excellent martial arts school. The instruction is clear, and the techniques taught are effective and can be used by anyone, regardless of physical size. Self defense components of the curriculum are particularly strong. Sifu Plavic maintains a very friendly atmosphere that makes learning wing chun easy and fun. Having trained at a variety of martial arts schools, I highly recommend this one.

Lindsay is a wonderful teacher and very good with the kids. I noticed her being very firm, but gentle at the same time. I appreciate that she reminds the kids the importance of learning to defend self and to take it seriously , as kids can often forget. Lindsay is very likable as a person and my sister enjoys the class. Absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone especially for your kids
Just a few short years ago, Tim got me in the best shape I'd been in since my 20's, may be the best shape ever. I was lean and strong. Unfortunately, I was laid off in 2008 and quit going to Rock Solid Fitness. Though I've been to the gym, I gained 23 pounds--a lot for me. Needless to say, I've called Tim and back on track to return to my lean and mean self. Training with Rock Solid Fitness is definitely worth it!
This course is extremely informative and useful. Although I am female, and this course is most helpful to females, it is also full of tips, tricks and strategies men can use as well. The physical portion is easily adapted to the learners abilities, existing skill and knowledge level and does not require strength or previous martial arts experience. The moves are easy for anyone to learn and to utilize regardless of size or strength or skill level. Sensei is very good at teaching this information and very good at identifying strengths and weaknesses and helping the student overcome the weaknesses to better deliver the self defense moves. I have had previous martial arts instruction and feel that this instructor is very suited to that role and also very knowledgeable about the subject matter. I highly recommend this course and this instructor
