A was new to the requirements and process of adding a detached structure. I reached out to Struct 1, PLLC for assistance in the design. George hopped on a call with me the same day and spent 30 minutes listening to ideas and answering questions I had about how to proceed. He not only gave me information on the process but was able to refer to me to an architect that I hired as well to assist with the design and permit process. There are a lot of moving pieces between HOA, city and design process that I was unaware of and Struct 1, PLLC helped untangle everything and give me direction along with the building design.
