Weekly and Bi-weekly Pool Maintenance starts at $130 with Chemicals ( Tablets, Liquid Chlorine and Acid) per Month. Pool Maintenance includes: Test and balance your pool water by adding the Chemicals required. Check Pool Equipment. Clean the Skimmer Basket and Pump Basket. Make seasonal adjustments for timer box settings. Check Filter pressure and clean/backwash when needed. Brush steps and landings. Brush pool walls. Skim top with net. Manually vacuum when needed. Filter cleaning: Cartridges filter $85 DE filter $95 Filter Sand Change $350-$450 Chlorine Wash $350 Acid Wash $350 Drain the pool $100 Start-Up Chemicals $150 One Time Cleaning $75/up Green Pool Treatment $250/up Equipment Repair and Installation

I can not say enough good things about J&A pools. Very responsive, fair prices, showed up when they said they would and did more than promised. Was so impressed, ended up utilizing them for ongoing maintenance. They took a nasty green pool and made it so beautiful!

Recently bought a home with a pool. Ive had a couple of pool guys come through and want to just sign me up for a monthly service at $200+ a month, without ever seeing their quality of work. Jojo got to work right away without any pressure of additional over priced services.

Our previous pool maintenance company left us without warning and we needed to get our filtration system up and running. Joe was able to come out the same day we called, identifying the issue immediately and got our pool back on track. Thankfully it was a 5 minute fix- we did have to pay a 55$ service fee that I agreed to prior to his arrival not knowing if it was going to be a quick fix or something more serious. I can’t comment yet on the ongoing service yet as we just started but so good so far! I appreciate the email with pics and pool update with weekly service. The monthly price is a premium I will say in comparison to other quotes we received but having dependable, professional service is also very important and I’m willing to pay a bit more if the relationship stays as great as it has started.

Joe was able to come out right after I texted him and get the pool serviced the next day! Our pool was starting to get a little green and murky and our existing pool guy started to take the work for granted. Joe is very knowledgeable and explained how all the systems should be working and the amount of salt, chemicals, etc needed to help keep the pool clean and fresh. I wish I would have hired Joe earlier as the pool is better than ever.
