Complete customer service and making sure he/she knows the basics of the pool/spa operations & explaining why chemical balancing is one of the most important things to do for taking care of your pool or spa.

I have been in the pool industry for 12 years now. Started out with a large company known as MEH Pool Services & Repair Inc. Worked and learned from the best service and repair companies such as Woody's Pool Works, PC Poolcare & Premiere Pool Care.
