Joe and Logan came out to do some groutcleaning, repair and resealing. Joe came out to do the initial quote and I just felt very comfortable with him and his knowledge about the project. I got the job booked and completed within 2 weeks and the results were fantastic!

If youre in the market for travertine polishing I would tell you to call this company. We ended up going with them after reviewing samples from them and a few other grout/tilecleaning companies. The final polish was just levels better than what the competition had to offer and they never had an excuse for anything.

I had some new floors installed so my wife and I needed to have it cleaned and sealed (we have three kids). I called and spoke to Logan, he did a great job explaining how grout sealing works. We scheduled to have our tile and groutcleaned for a Saturday, which was nice because none of the other companies were even open for the weekend. Two young men with excellent manners came out and simply amazed us in every way.

Our first step is to provide the prospective customer with an estimate. We offer both virtual and in-person estimates. The second phase of the transaction is scheduling a preferred time of arrival for our technician(s). The third step is to provide the services outlined in the invoice, based on the original estimate provided. The last step is payment, we accept all major credit cards, checks, venmo, and zelle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's important that you find a company that is IICRC certified for tile/grout cleaning and restoration before you decide to work with them. The IICRC provides an SMT certification for companies and its employees. The Stone, Masonry, and Tile Care Technician (SMT) certification provides in depth instruction regarding the maintenance, cleaning, and restoration of various man made tiles, natural stones, and grout surfaces.
