I make sure my pricing is transparent and fair. Customers should know that the price depends on the size of the furniture, the type of fabric, and the condition it’s in. I also offer occasional discounts for multiple items or repeat customers, and I always explain any additional fees upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I start by understanding their needs and the condition of their furniture. I ask about any specific concerns or stains and inspect the items carefully. Then I explain the cleaning process, the products I will use, and the expected results. After completing the cleaning, I check everything with the customer to ensure they are fully satisfied.

I have completed professional training in furniture and carpet cleaning techniques, learning how to handle different fabrics and types of stains safely and effectively. I also keep up-to-date with the latest cleaning products and methods to ensure the best results for my clients.
