- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- All services are quoted according to scope of project the client is requesting. - A service is considered officially booked once a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit have been received. - The remaining balance must be paid prior to the release of any final footage or materials. - The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. - If the client cancels 7 or more days before the scheduled event, no additional charges apply. - If the client cancels within 7 days of the event, the remaining balance may still be invoiced depending on preparation already completed. - If Habari Entertainment must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all funds paid will be refunded in full.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Habari Entertainment request that all clients provide all details regarding event date time location and any special instructions such as listed below. Client Instructions and Changes: - All special instructions, preferences, or changes to videography or photography plans must be submitted in writing to management before the event date. - Acceptable written formats include ***** or an official form provided by Habari Entertainment. - Verbal instructions will not be honored unless confirmed in writing by management. Purpose of Policy: This policy ensures: - Clear communication between the client and Habari Entertainment - Proper execution and preparation - Elimination of last-minute misunderstandings All Clients should expect Habari Entertainment staff to arrive approximately 15 minutes before start of event. All Clients must provide Habari Entertainment staff a space to set up equipment upon arrival at event so that this will ensure all instructions provided can be prosecuted effectively.
