FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my rates are negotiable because no two events are alike and quite often, I am able to offer several suggestions to save funds and help cover the cost of my services. I love to see every bride have a perfect wedding day
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking questions about your event. With this information I can send you out a contract that includes everything important to you and your event. I usually require a 20% deposit which is completely refundable up to 7 days before your event. And if you don’t book an event, I am still always available for any questions, suggestions, various vendor recommendations, and helpful advice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years experience in the food and beverage industry. The past 12 years, while working for another staffing company, I had the chance to work with most, catering companies in town, major resorts, several celebrity executive chefs, more than 50 event planners and over 100 weddings, right here in the valley. I can honestly say I learned something from everyone, and I can tell you what works and what doesn’t.
