Introduction
I created my business to allow people to overcome their fears and feel comfortable in their bodies! I wanted a safe space for people to reconnect to themselves ans their partners through trust, movement, allowance, joy, and team building. Dance and Yoga are two amazing tools I love to use to bring me back to the present moment and express myself. I can't wait to share with you the tools to become more confident and comfortable on the dance floor!

Dez is a phenomenal instructor! I met her through a friend and started attending her divine feminine dance classes because I love dancing. Discovered she also teaches restorative yoga which has helped me relax, release stress, and heal physical and emotional pain!

Des is an absolute incredible teacher and dancer!! Ive been lucky enough to know and dance with Des for 4 years now and trust me, you will not regret joining her classes!!
