- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard price for most of my services. Most projects are job specific and are bid at cost of materials and labor required for a custom price. We do offer free estimate for that reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client at my office or in their home for a free estimate/consultation. Showing samples of my work and offering products I recommend and explain why I trust these products over others.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple R.O.C. Licenses with the state of Arizona in good standing without complaints. I am also a member of the BBB, Corporation Commission in good standing. I posses 25+!years experience in the construction industry, while specializing in glass. I have experience working on projects from $25K - $26M.
