I had never taken a hot yoga class and it killed me! But I’d do it again. Nelma has an infectious energy that kept me going for most of the class until the heat really kicked in and being told that I should listen to my body helped. I wasn’t feeling the pressure to do every single move when I knew I couldn’t push anymore and it created an environment for healing instead of competition, which isn’t what yoga is about. I would absolutely come in for another class.

I took Nelma’s Goddess Water Flow and it was everything!! The intentionality of the playlist..the yoga sequence..the poses..all created a space that left me feeling empowered, balanced and comfortable expressing myself through movement. Amazing class❤️

Pricing is based on Consultation but sessions can cost as low as $80 per session and forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We will fill out a Client Assessment to get a better and more in-depth understanding of what will be the best course of action. Our services are for mind body and soul wellness.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors in Applied Science in Culinary Arts with a Specialization in Holistic Nutrition and I have my 200 Hours Certification as Well as my Person Training Course
