- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate in studio is $65 per session, buy a package of 10 at a discount at $50 per session($500). Traveling to your space is $80 per session a package of 10 would be $650.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a phone conversation first to find out what the client is looking to get out of their practice, what injuries they have that may hinder their practice and if they have medical clearance from their Dr if they are under specialist care. First session would be an introduction of a small series of asanas (poses) and pranayamas (breathing exercises) to see where they are in their practice ,view alignment and limitations. I would give them a few things they could do on their own until we met again and continue to build from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend body awareness workshops and webinars regularly to ensure I am always aware of proper alignment and therapy technique. I collaborate with others in my field and other body work professionals on best therapies for injuries and medical issues. Besides my 500 hour training in Hatha yoga I have certificates in teaching PTSD, seniors, cancer survivors and caregivers. I have been teaching and continuing my education since 2014.
