Both my grandson and myself have a computer, and when moving to Camarillo had some computer problems, called RescuTechs for help and everything has been great since. The response for help is always quick and easy. I worked in a school district office and often needed assistance, so I continued to need help, not computer knowledgeable. But every large or small problem over the last three years has been promptly fixed. Etsell is great and the other staff members I have had contact with have all been understanding of this non-computer knowledgeable person and my autistic grandson.

Our onsite rate is just $89 per hour. Our flat rates on Thumbtack might be lower.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat our new customers just the same as the customers we have served for over ten years. We provide them with exemplary, award-winning service and some of the most talented, tenacious and friendly technicians available. We want our customers to be thrilled with everything we do. So, we back up our work with an iron-clad guarantee: If we can't fix a tech problem that you are experiencing, there will be no charge for that part of the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All RescuTechs are A+ Certified by CompTIA (The Computing Technology Industry Association), and all have at least 10 years of in-the-field experience.
