Jordan was very responsive from the time that I first contacted him. Price is very reasonable and he is very professional. Showed up at my apartment right at 9 am, came in, and did the work in under the specified time. Very polite and not allergic to cats, and in my book, that is a huge plus. We offer an extensive list of jobs and tasks. We will work with you to produce a fair quote. Feel free to message or call us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ensure the highest level of service, we will work with you to produce a fair quote. In addition, we will continuously ask for the customer's feedback on the project to ensure that the quality of our work meets their expectations. Once the project is complete, we will review the finished product with the customer, collect a payment, and discuss any additional needs. We will also ask for a website review and referrals if you know of friends needing work completed! We want to help as many people as we can!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went straight into the workforce at 18 years of age. I had an extensive list of training and experiences with many jobs over the past 14 years, such as construction, information technology, land surveying, and general labor work. I have been building computers, making modifications to all the homes I have lived in over the years, making me a worry-free tenant as I will hardly ever call any landlord since I can most likely handle any repair! I have been a family handyman all my life, and I see it as a passion.
