My background spans most aspects of construction, including most recently, gaining experience on the design side of construction in mechanical engineering, designing HVAC and Plumbing systems for buildings and homes all around The Valley. I have also worked on the owners side of construction, involved in small single family and multi-unit renovations. And my general degree in construction management allowed me to be involved on some prestigious projects in Chicago, ranging from $5m to $50m as well as experience managing smaller $50k to $250k projects.

The technician came by on time. Great app that let us know where he was and when he was arriving. They accommodated next morning service. They had a tough Grohe part that needed replacing in a shower, and Dan went to a few places to find it, and installed it that same day. All-in-all a great job. They even took a picture (attached) of the worn out regulator.

My father in law's water heater went out in the middle of winter. 1-800 Plumber was not the vendor that originally installed the heater but they came out right away and gave him a quote for a repair. The part that was needed was under warranty from the original installer so it was going to take over 2 weeks to get the repair done. I called 1-800 plumber and spoke to a wonderfully helpful person named Mckaylee (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and she was able to make arrangements to get the repair done the next day. She was so kind and helpful and really went the extra mile to get the schedule moved up. It's so nice to know there are still decent human beings out there who are willing to put in the extra effort when it counts. Thank you McKaylee and 1-800 Plumber. This means the world to my family.

What started as a simple job ended up an all day project. He was kind and made sure we had water before he left. I also think prices were more reasonable than the last company Id tried.

We price by the job, not by the hour, so it’s important for one of our licensed technicians to be able to assess your problem in the home before providing any type of pricing for jobs. We will not up-charge services for nights, weekends, or holidays.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make booking your appointment easy! Our friendly staff is ready to help you. We know your time is valuable so we want to make sure that you do not have to wait on us. So, prior to our arrival you will receive a text message from us that your 1-800-Plumber +Air professional is en route to your home. Prior to beginning any work, we will take the extra steps to protect your home. It is also important that when the work is complete, our work area is cleaner than when we found it. Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.
