Working with Amy before, during and after the install was great. She answered every question I had thoroughly and without pushing me in any one direction. Her team was polite and responsive and replaced my ac quickly before a holiday weekend where others were quoting me after the weekend for install. They did have an incorrect measurement for the stand due to an intern and even tho the unit ran after install, they made a new stand and returned the following week to replace it. I appreciate the care taken to make sure everything was right. Amy and the home squad crew were great to work with and made this dreaded ac replacement (in the dead of summer) quick and painless. I cannot say enough great things about this company! Amy was absolutely amazing. She took the time to work with me, offered the best price by far, and never compromised on quality.
Tony, the technician, was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and made us feel like everything was going to be okay. Several other contractors told us there was no way to fix our issue and that we would need a complete replacement. Thankfully, this company took the time to assess the situation and was able to repair it instead.
