How does your service stand out?

I grew up in a Janitorial family business. I have been in it all my life. I have run across many situations. These situations help me when I go bid on a project. I can for see potential problems and make suggestions.

I have come up with a floor care program that has helped many of my customers to keep their floors looking great and not costing an arm and leg.

We often run across Restaurants that mention they are hard to clean, and that they go through several cleaning services. This happens because not every cleaning service can clean Restaurants. It's much different than office cleaning. As the owner, I personally train each cleaner to each account. This is so I know what hard areas there are, and I find the most effective way to clean that particular place. If they are cleaning wrong, it takes longer, and they become tired, and the account may not get fully cleaned.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I grew up in the family business of Janitorial. I love what I do. I love everything about the business.

    Everything looked perfect. The floors were done like we asked as well the carpet. Everything was wiped down, like we asked. I did see a couple of fingerprints on the windows towards the bottom, but other than that everything was good, if we have anything that we would like to change we will let you know. Thanks again for all of your help, we really appreciate it.

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. With the shift in the economy the last few years it makes it hard because people who have no idea how to run a business are now out there giving very low quotes. Then what happens down the road, they start to raise their prices and fail to do good work on the lower beds. I have seen it to happen often when going on a quote. Watch out for companies that do franchising, when there are problems it takes several levels of communication before your problem is solved.

Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A. When you have a janitorial service come out for a quote ask them how long they have been in business. I have been in business in Arizona since 1988 and in New York several years before that.
