What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
With the shift in the economy the last few years it makes it hard because people who have no idea how to run a business are now out there giving very low quotes. Then what happens down the road, they start to raise their prices and fail to do good work on the lower beds. I have seen it to happen often when going on a quote. Watch out for companies that do franchising, when there are problems it takes several levels of communication before your problem is solved.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When you have a janitorial service come out for a quote ask them how long they have been in business. I have been in business in Arizona since 1988 and in New York several years before that.
