Tanner came and installed our new sliding doors and was AWESOME! Really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finishes and kept us involved with all the decisions in that regard. Overall working with the company was pretty good too, everyone was super friendly, it was easy to get financing for the project with them. Overall would recommend this company. We couldn’t be happier.

I would gladly recommend Prostar doors if you are in the market. They responded to my request almost immediately and continued to respond promptly through every step of the process. John came out and did the initial quote. It was inline with the other quotes I received but unlike the others he happily discussed different payment options and assured me they would do everything they could to accommodate a payment schedule for me. Susie followed through with that process from the office and went the extra mile by calling me on her off hours to clarify the day and time Tanner would come out to measure my doors. Tanner was prompt and professional. He measured and ordered the 2 doors we needed and came back to install them within a few days of being notified they were ready. Finally, he expertly installed both doors and even offered to wait while I ran to Home depot for the doorknobs I forgot to purchase so he could install them for me! Great Job Prostar. I appreciate it!

They did a fantastic job for me overall! Candidly, there were a few hiccups across the job. But, to me, that's when a truly professional organization really gets the chance to shine. It's how they work through things. And they were consistent and helped figure out a couple of situations that came up to finish the job and keep a customer happy. I would definitely recommend ProStar doors to others looking for products and services like they provide.
