Mr. Diaz was hired to remove and replace our Front Entry doors. He was always prompt and dependable. He was neat and always cleaned up after himself. He was careful to make sure the new door was a perfect fit before taking off the old doors. I loved his attention to details. I asked him to paint the new Fiberglass door and he did a great job for us. I highly recommend him for your handy-person jobs. His prices are very reasonable too!

Mike was great from the start. We set a time for him to review the job. He came on site, took measurements and took it from there. He submitted bids to door vendors and presented me options with direct contacts. The doors arrived from Noble doors, who was also great to work with, on Friday afternoon. Mike and Steven were there early Saturday and pushed to get it all done. This was a big project, 19 doors, trim for those doors and 600 feet of baseboard. Mike is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. He pointed out other issues we had and helped to correct them. I am very pleased with the results and can't wait for everything to be painted this weekend.

They should change the name of their company to Door Doctors. They can look at any door and diagnose the problem and fix it right away. I was so impressed with their knowledge. A person would think it’s just a door - but there was so much more to it, and these people knew what they were doing. They don’t leave the job until done, and follow up the next day if necessary. Very friendly and punctual. Very responsive and honest. We won’t have any door issues for a long time because he fixed everything so well - but if we do, these guys are number one.

UPDATE: After speaking with a manager - they totally made it right. I appreciate a company who is willing to admit error and correct it. My door is fixed perfectly, and they only charged me the $80 fee. Thank You!
UPDATED - According to Susie, they charge a $300 service fee just for stepping inside my home. Even though Tanner (who is absolutely wonderful, and fixed the door in seconds flat said they charge $80) Contacting corporate office.

We reached out to Josh for assistance with an exterior door that in spite of our best DIY efforts would not latch and secure properly unless we used the dead bolt. Josh responded within minutes of our Thumbtack request and setup an appointment for the next business day. He showed up on time, was professional and conversational but also got straight to work. He replaced a worn out latch and also adjusted the rather heavy door that had fallen off level over time. Very happy with his service and demeanor - would highly recommend.

I originally set up an appointment for a day between 1-3, I received a call around 10:30 asking me to change it to another day which was okay but pretty last minute since I made arrangements to get my dog out of the house already. On Tuesday a sales man shows up wearing a mask *below his nose*, sniffling the entire time, and seems so annoyed to be at my house. Honestly as far as a ‘sales man go’ I don’t think he could sell anything to anyone. He seemed irritated, was very rude and very unprofessional. I asked him for a ball park number for the job and he said “depends what you want (this was after we talked for 10 minutes about what I want and showed him multiple pictures - including picking one out of his catalog). I’d have to call the door company to see how much they charge” Then two seconds later magically figured out a quote and what he gave me was over $2500 more than the other two companies I had in to give me quotes. I read other reviews that said they were over priced, and I would definitely agree! I can’t speak as far as their quality of work since I will not be using this company for my job.
